Cigno Consulting is a company specializing in complex personnel consultancy. Within the framework of Operational Programme Human Capital, co - financed by European Union, we started the project:

a Key to Further Development"
The target group of the project are small and medium-sized enterprises employ 45-250 staff and do not have HR instruments.
Main measures within the project include:
• audit of currently applied HR management
system
• defining the objectives of the optimal future HR
management concept
• post description and skills requirements
analysis, precise description of skills required
from the employed staff
• defining the objectives of the motivation system
• defining the objectives of the HR development
system
• defining the HR needs of the company for the
next few years
• results presentation and recommendations.
The main benefits of participation in the project are:
The companies participating in the project shall be provided with:
• defined human resources strategy together
with HR policy objectives, a multiannual human
resources management plan and a new HR
solutions implementation plan;
• up-to-date duties descriptions for specific
posts;
• an audit report on staff development potential;
• motivation system;
• report on current staff potential and an
evaluation of human resources needs for the
next years, defined competence
requirements
for the future and an analysis of the
competence deficit regarding the foreseen
company future.
