The first meeting of The Executive Club in the year 2007 took place on 22nd of January, at the Sobanski Palace, Warsaw

The subsequent meeting of the club was dedicated to the topic of the management buy-out processes. During the first part of the evening club members had an opportunity to participate in the panel discussion concerning MBO, which was lead by outstanding managers: Jacek Korpała, Piotr Misztal, Zbigniew Rekusz oraz Tomasz Stamirowski. The debate was moderated by the president of Holon Consultants, Maciej Cieslak, PhD. Extensive presentation explaining the processes and stages of MBO provided the guests with an insight into the mechanism of these complex transactions.
After the discussion club members continued their conversations in more relaxed atmosphere, enjoying the beautiful interiors of the Sobanski Palace. Since the meeting took place during the time of carnival, all guests received fancy Venice masks, which flavored the meeting with a pinch of festival mood. The unique spirit of the evening was also a result of an extraordinary piano concert performed by Zbigniew Piszczyk. A rich selection of dishes designed for the occasion by the culinary expert - Wojciech Modest Amaro, as well as variety of excellent wines and original Cuban cigars, highlighted one more time the special character of Executive Club meeting.
