Organizers and Partners would like to thank for participation in Executive Club meeting which took place on 24 th March at Sobanski Palace in Warsaw. The meeting's title was: "2010/2011 Prospects. Exciting but risky. How and where to invest in 2010 year".
The quests were welcomed by Mrs. Beata Radomska, Cigno Consulting and Mr. Maciej Cieślak, Holon Consultants. Mrs. Beata Radomska described prognoses for the year 2010 in few words She paid attention to improving world economic situation and increasing interest of foreign investors in Polish market. She admitted also that in the year 2010 an increased inflow to TFI and revival on the real - estate market is foreseen.
After this short introduction we began a panel discussion, in which took part:
• Mrs. Agnieszka Jachowicz - Managing Director of BZWBK AIB TFI SA.
• Mr. Rafał Abratański - Vice Chairman of the Management Board

• Mr. Sebastian Buczek - Chairman of the Management Board,
Quercus TFI S.A.
• Mr. Ortwin Uwe Jentsch - Managing Director KBL European Private
Bankers S.A.
• Prof. Witold Orłowski - Warsaw University of Technology Business School
Director ,Economic Adviser PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Discussion was moderated by Mr. Dariusz Tokarczuk - Legal Advisor and Managing Partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel Warsaw office.
Discussion took exciting character when Mr. Sebastian Buczek and Mr. Rafał Abratański took a floor. They expressed another opinion than Prof. Orłowski. Prof. Witold Orłowski said that the crisis has passed by Poland and he described prospects for the year 2010 as good.
Mrs. Agnieszka Jachowicz judged invest prognoses positive. She has pointed out that nowadays we can see growing interest in commercial real - estates. She thought that this year will be the best for real - estate buying, because prices will be stabilized. Mrs. Agnieszka Jachowicz said also that investors which are interested in real - estate market should invest their resources in a single real - estate type.
In reference to personal investments Mr. Ortwin Uwe Jentsch said that clients asked him how to invest safely but with a big profit. Mr. Ortwin admitted that nowadays it is a difficult task. In such a situation he mostly recommended investing in real -estates and traditional bank's products which give clients the biggest investment safety.
After hearing out our respectable speakers we can carefully but positively look in the future. Discussion participants stated that current macroeconomic situation allows for optimism and market revival gives grounds to good investment prospects in 2010.
After an hour and a half panel the invited quests had an opportunity to exchange their views, establish new business contacts during cocktail in a palace restaurant with a string quartet accompaniment.
