Marek Adamek

(born in 1960) - President of the Management Board of ARCADIS Sp. z o.o. since 1994. Within that period the number of the Company's employees has increased from 30 to 500 people, whereas its revenues have increased from EUR 1 million to 30 million. In charge of acquisition of 4 companies which were integrated in 2008. Member of the global ARCADIS Senior Management Committee. Previously employed as the President of the Management Board of Ekokonrem Sp. z o.o. (environment protection) which was founded by him in 1991. In 1994, the company's shares were sold to a Dutch company Heidemij (presently ARCADIS).
Marek Adamek had graduated from the University of Wroclaw, Faculty of Earth Science and Environmental Management. He has also completed post graduate studies at the University of Science and Technology in Cracow. While working in ARCADIS, he has completed a number of international training courses devoted to management.
ARCADIS is one of the largest engineering and consultancy companies in the world. The company provides comprehensive services in the areas of infrastructure, environment protection and construction project management. Following his graduation, Dariusz Blocher was employed at the Ahlstrom - Fakop Industrial Boiler Factory. Kryspin Jarosz
Vice-President of the Board and Director of the North Region of Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex.
He graduated from Cracow University of Technology in 1990 and gained professional experience in Budokor S.A. He has worked 12 years in Hochtief Poland with the final position of the Director of Contract Department. He was involved in such prestigious projects as the development of Sadyba Best Mall, International Business Center and skyscraper Rondo 1.
From 2007 he works in Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex and is the member of the Management Board (President and Vice-President). He was the Director of the Central Branch. Since 2009 he occupies the position of the Director of the North Region.
As he went through all stages of construction career he has a deep understanding of the construction market as well as construction projects.

Konrad Jaskóła is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and was conferred a chemical engineering master of science.
Besides Konrad Jaskóła is a graduate of postgraduate studies in the Warsaw School of Economics.
Since 1974 to 1999 he was associated with Petrochemia Płock S.A. In the years 1992 - 1999 was serving as CEO, he created the one of the most important Petrochemical companies in the industry in Europe and prepared the company to get into the stock exchange.
Since 2001 Konrad Jaskóła has been President & CEO of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.. He has also won many awards:
• Restructuring Leader - an individual award granted by the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Chemical Industry for the skill in creating visions and the professionalism in realising them as well as building effective relations between science and industry.
• Polish Quality Award "Excellent Leader" of the contest organised by the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification and the Polish Forum ISO 9000.
• The "Platinum Laurel" the Ambassador of Polish Affairs for the President of the Management Board.
• A Gold Statuette of the Polish Business Leader form the Business Centre Club.
• Prof. Stanisław Pilat medal granted for the activity to develop the petroleum industry in Poland and long-time and creative cooperation with the Institute of Petroleum Processing.

Piotr Kledzik

Peter Kledzik (b. 1972) graduated from Gdansk University of Technology Faculty of Civil Engineering. He started his career in Hydrobudowa 6 SA, being successively a trainee engineer, foreman, manager of the works, the construction manager, construction manager of multiple construction sites.
In 2005 he returned to his hometown of Gdansk and took a job at Hydrobudowa Gdańsk SA as director in department of industrial constructions. Then he headed a branch of the hydro construction in company, was promoted to technical director and board member.
In 2007 he was entrusted with the task of consolidating the Polish construction companies in the BB group within the newly formed company Bilfinger Berger Construction SA, in which he became chairman of the board. At the same time he is the CEO of Hydrobudowa 6 SA.

Zbigniew Kotlarek

Mr Zbigniew Kotlarek - civil engineer of roads and airfields construction specialty, graduate of Warsaw Technical University. For many years staff member of the administration of the road, starting from the supervisor in the Regional Division of public roads in Koszalin to the Director of the Regional Division in Lębork.
For several consecutive years he turned to business, was a co-owner of AMG company in Lęborku, which manufactured steel constructions, then Deputy Director of the Transprojekt Gdański. In 2002, has been appointed as deputy General Director of the National Roads and Motorways, and from 2005 to 2008 he was General Director of the National Roads and Motorways.
Currently member of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director (CEO) of the MSF Poland. The initiator of establishing in 2005 the Polish Road Congress, twice elected for a five-year term as the President of the Board of that association..

prof. Bogusław Liberadzki
Member of European Parliament
Bogusław Liberadzki (born in 1948), Deputy of the European Parliament, Head of Polish Delegation in the group of Socialists and Democrats.
In years 1993-1997 Minister of Transportation, Depute. He was a member of the lower house of the Polish parliament, the Sejm during its' 3rd and 4th cadence. He graduated at Szkoła Główna Planowania i Statystyki where he completed his PhD and was granted a postdoctoral degree.
He holds the Chair of Transportation at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw (Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie - SGH) and is also a professor in the Maritime Academy in Szczecin (Akademia Morska w Szczecinie).
He was awarder a Fullbright Scholarship to the University of Illinois. He is married and has two sons, both SGH graduates, working at the Department of Banking of the SGH.

Michał Marzec

A graduate in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Łódz, he acquired a Master of Business Administration degree at French-American Institute of Management in Paris.
He is a member of the Board of ACI Europe, an association of airport operators which represents over 400 airports in 46 European countries. An IATA airport certification auditor, Michał Marzec also holds an ICAO aviation security instructor's licence.
He has been active in the aviation industry since 1994. A founder, chairman and longtime member of the Board of Regional Airports Association, he served as the President of the Board and Director of ŁódĽ Airport. From 2005 to 2007, he was a member of the Team for the modification of aviation law appointed by the Minister of Transport.

Mr. Andrzej Michałowski has graduated as Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and has over 37 years of experience in project implementation in Poland and abroad. He worked for many projects as an engineer-supervisor, Resident Engineer, and advisor to the contractors in the field of logistics and management. He is an specialist in investment process preparation and Project Management.
Vice-President of SIDiR in the period 1999 - 2006, and Member of EFCA Board of Directors (European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations), Brussels, in the period 2005 - 2008.
Currently he works as an Independent Engineer Consultant - Advisor in Project Management and Risk Management for infrastructural projects, and is a member of EFCA Committee on European Public Market, Brussels.
Mr. Andrzej Michałowski is also an international Adjudicator and Arbitrator from FIDIC List for disputes in construction, he used to work as a chairman or member of DAB in disputes according to the FIDIC rules for internationally financed contracts, and as an arbitrator according to UNCITRAL, ICC and KIG rules.
He is co-author of polish editions of FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (Red Book) and Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build (Yellow Book), and also a lecturer (over 5.000 of trainees) in international tender procedures, FIDIC Conditions of Contract, and rules of implementation of contracts based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract.

Zbigniew Szafrański

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology where he specialised in Electric Traction. He also completed postgraduate studies in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and Managerial Studies at the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University.
From 2006 he was the Management Board of PKP SA's Representative for International Affairs, and from January 2008 he was President of the Supervisory Board of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA. He was previously a member of the Management Board as Technical Director at PKP Energetyka SA and a member of the Management Board - Strategy and Development Director at PKP SA. From 9 January 2009 he was acting President of the Management Board, and on 5 February 2009 the Supervisory Board of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA appointed him as President of the Company's Management Board.
In the international arena he represents railway in various organisations, including as Chairman of the Railway Systems Forum of the International Union of Railways (UIC) in Paris.
He is passionate about the railway, and especially about the construction of high-speed rail in Poland.

He used to work in both administration and private sectors. Moreover, he also has a good experience in managing of ppp projects, financed by EU Funds.
